Onboarding & Education: I’ll ensure influencers and affiliates are well-informed about your brand, products, and content expectations. Additionally, all content created can be repurposed for your brand’s use across social channels, websites, and advertisements.

Affiliate Software Setup: If you don’t already have affiliate management software, I’ll recommend the best option to streamline tracking sales, commissions, and payouts.

Building Relationships: I’ll maintain regular communication with influencers and affiliates, fostering long-term partnerships through incentives, updates, and engagement.

STAGE 3: CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Influencer-Generated Content: I’ll ensure content created by affiliates is tagged appropriately, reposted across platforms, and saved for future use.
